Natalie Young’s culinary career has been driven by three things: a lifelong passion for food, relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep desire to give back to her community.

On a recent trip to Las Vegas for CreativWeek, we had the chance to meet Natalie and visit her restaurant eat in heart of the Downtown Project. In addition to advising you to head on down to eat the next time your in Vegas, we also wanted to share her advice from an interview with Inc.com.

“Natalie has been a chef for over 20 years, and has worked in some of the country’s most celebrated kitchens, including stints alongside such notable chefs as Mark Miller (Coyote Café) and John Joho (Eiffel Tower). Ms. Young brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to her first foray as a culinary entrepreneur… not to mention her own signature style of wild hair, tattoos, or the Dickies-and-Chucks uniform. She is friendly, outgoing and disarmingly down-to-earth and everyone know’s that Chef Nat is ALL BIZ in the kitchen.”
